Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a patient focused approach on treating the body holistically with emphasis on the neuro-musculoskeletal system including muscles, joints, fascia, ligaments, nerves and other tissues that support your body and its movement.

Osteopaths provide assessments, manual therapy using a variety of techniques such as massage, joint articulation, muscle activation, joint manipulation, stretching and can provide help with exercise/rehabilitation. Osteopaths may also offer advice about your lifestyle, diet or other factors that may influence your pain and movement.

Australian osteopaths are registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA), and have completed 5 years of university studies.
